A La Orden! Latin Food Quality Service & Ambiance!

With the economy the way it was this past year and esperanza on the horizon, restaurant owners must raise their standards in service, food and image in this Latin food arena!
Competition is fierce, as diners have options and vast categories of Latin food to choose from in European, Caribbean, Central and South America representation here in the tri-state area.
I might be the Latin Foodie snob when I go out to eat. However why settle for mediocrity? We are watching our dollars and taking an extra moment to decide where to go and spend our hard earn pesos. I for one hate spending a lil' chunk of my paycheck when I go out to have a terrible dining experience with my family. It hurts my alma and pocket to have my mother's voice in my head saying "ay Johnny I can make this at home". She's right and she could; but we just want to get out and feel like "gente" once in a while!
How many times have you looked forward to going to a mention hot spot and then arrive and get treated as if you were intruding on their establishment? It boggles my mind how the art of service and customer retention is dead.
TENEMOS DERECHOS MI GENTE!
So, please, don't settle for anything but superior service. You should be treated as the rey y reina that you are!
Restaurant owners are feeling the crunch and the smarter ones are finding ways to get people in their establishments. I guess you can really say that we, the consumers are the true winners. We are watching our dollar and going to the spot that provides great food, great service and a nice ambience...and that is what I always preach/consult. The components of a successful establishment are FOOD, SERVICE & AMBIENCE. So listen up owners, WE are not going to settle for less in these tough times and we want our arroz con pollo DONE RIGHT!
Any restaurant owners out there reading this...feel free to contact me for consulting services.. yea, I know cheap plug but HEY I'm just helping the cause!
Buen Provecho!
